Hello! My name is Hanae Garrison, and I’m an artist based in Portland, Maine.

I create hand-cut surreal collages using vintage magazines and books. What began as a fun way to make birthday cards has grown into my favorite creative outlet. Once I switched out my desk for a dedicated collage table, I was able to really let the creative juices fly. I started sharing my work on Instagram in October 2024 and have since discovered a vibrant and inspiring collage community.

In addition to collage, I make jewelry using resin, paper cut-outs, pinecones, pressed flowers, and other found natural treasures.
